About the Organization
Nyayashastram is a student-run organisation under the Chairmanship of Mr Ratan K Singh, Advocate & Arbitrator, Supreme Court of India along with the aid and advice from eminent Lawyers and Academicians across the nation. The initiative is aimed to foster legal research, writing and presentation by providing a platform to encourage e-learning through various competitions and events conducted utilising the virtual platforms.
About the Internship/Training Programme
Nyayshastram is inviting applications for its second internship programme for undergraduate law students to work from home, for a duration of one month. The first internship programme was conducted during August-September, 2020 in which the tasks entailed content generation through training and writing articles and case commentaries, ADR events such as Client Counselling, Virtual Conference and Memorial Drafting in collaboration with experienced law students as well as practising advocates.
Students willing to learn about the competitions that take place in law schools and have little or no experience are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility
Students in their first, second or third year of 5-years integrated law course can apply.
Duration of Internship
4-5 weeks (2nd November – 2nd December)
Perks
Certificate of Internship, on the successful completion of the internship.
Best Performer Award (Organiser’s Discretion).
Certificate of Appreciation and Participation for the Intra Level Competitions and Events organised during the period of the internship.
Certificate of Publication for the blogs selected to be published on Nyayshastram website.
Free access to webinars/ workshops conducted by Nyayshastram during the internship programme (if any).
If the work of the intern is found satisfactory, then he/she can be appointed as a content writer for the website. The same is at the discretion of Nyayshatram board.
Interns performing exceptionally well throughout the internship shall be recommended to be a blog writer at Fiducia Legal, Advocates & Solicitors, a certificate shall be given for the same.
